Florida baby dies after being left for 'several hours' in hot car, police say. It's the 21st case of child vehicular heatstroke this year.

The infant girl's death is the 21st nationally this year, according to KidsandCars.org, which reports 99 hot-car fatalities in Florida since 1990.
